An innovative mix of dance / athletic cardio followed by traditional body sculpting. The aerobic section is truly unique. It features alternating intervals of hi / lo aerobics and dance-based cardio. The hi / lo segments are taught by Jari - challenging sequences of jacks, jumps and turns. The dance intervals are led by a professional dance instructor; they include jazz, disco, Latin and hip hop (cleverly, the DVD has premixes that let you work out to only the hi / lo or only the dance moves).
